Nancy was our realtor in 2006 for the purchase of our Chicago townhome in 2006; we saw over 100 properties before finding our perfect starter home. Some years later we purchased a Chicago three flat which we rehabbed and sold two years later. Nancy was our agent for the sale and the property was sold in one month. We subsequently left Chicago, have moved to two different cities and the realtors we've worked with have always fallen short of Nancy. My experience with Nancy start in the fall of 2019. I had a condo on lake shore drive that I decided to sell. Shortly after listing the condo the specter of covid would present challenges that realtors and everyone involved had to face. Also at this time buyers were looking to exit the city for more open space of the suburbs. She advised on feedback from her showings and suggested I paint a room a different color (which I did), kept me informed on the quickly changing market conditions and was successful in finding a buyer. From there I asked Nancy if she wanted to handle my wife’s and mine search for a new home. I told her that we had been looking for close to 2 years but she enthusiastically accepted the opportunity. Nancy is fabulous! She was persistent throughout the process even in the very thick of all this Covid craziness. She had a bidding war going on over my property and got me far above my asking price which I insisted be listed as high as possible. When my attorney suggested putting my property back on the market because the bank was lagging (probably because of Covid restrictions) Nan stuck with the buyers because she knew they were solid.
